Community is key here at HUMC. We are more than just a youth group, ministry or programs. We are a family that shares in both the ups & downs of life (Acts 2). With this principle taught & lived out by Jesus: All are welcomed.
Small groups are key for growing our faith & relationship with Christ. It is within these groups that we are encouraged & challenged to live into the grace & love of Christ (Hebrews 10:24-25). As we come to understand & grow in the Faith, our emptiness is filled with God’s fullness; our defeats are replaced with God’s victory. It is here that we grow into the young adults that God created us to be.
As Christians our call is simple: Love God, Love ALL People. As we grow, we are call to serve in our local communities, state, nation and to the ends of the Earth. Living the faith out daily is Key (James 2).
